Check people in. Keep proof.

Arkvos replaces paper sign-in sheets, visitor books and weak attendance records with temporary Check-ins for one-time situations and permanent reusable QR Logbooks for recurring sign-in.

Two ways to use Arkvos.

Start a Check-in for a meeting, field trip, orientation, event, training session, emergency roll call or Safety briefing. Create a Logbook when the same QR should stay posted for office attendance, visitors, contractors, classrooms, volunteers, facilities or recurring programs.

Verify the person, place, moment and purpose.

Arkvos can connect who was there, where they were, when verification happened, why they were there, and how presence was verified. The same engine supports schools, workplaces, field operations, events, Safety, government and custom verification.

Require exactly the evidence the situation needs.

Verification can require, allow or disable photo/selfie, location, participant identifier and organization or group evidence. A higher-risk workflow can use stronger proof while a school or community program can use a privacy-conscious flow.

No participant app. No participant account. No proprietary hardware.

Organizers use Arkvos. Participants scan a QR or open a link in their phone browser and provide only the information the organizer requests.

Event-based verification, not continuous surveillance.

Arkvos captures location only when configured for a defined verification event, Check-in, checkpoint or Logbook entry. It is designed to prove presence at specific moments rather than continuously track people.

Safety stays specialized.

Arkvos continues to support safety briefings, toolbox talks, multi-site workforce verification, OSHA recordkeeping and Safety tools as a dedicated vertical on the same platform.
