Arkvos provides universal Verified Presence software. Depending on an organization's session configuration, Arkvos may process account information, participant identity fields, event purpose, timestamp, event-time location evidence, optional photo or selfie evidence, and technical/security metadata.
Arkvos is designed for defined sessions and checkpoints. It is not intended as continuous participant-location tracking.
Not every session requires every type of evidence. Organizations determine the evidence appropriate for their use case and remain responsible for required notices, permissions, and lawful collection.
A captured photo or selfie is treated as verification evidence unless a separate identity-verification service is expressly enabled and disclosed. Photo capture alone is not represented as biometric identity verification.
Arkvos uses organization-scoped authorization and service providers for hosting, payments, transactional email, monitoring, analytics, integrations, and optional AI functionality. Arkvos does not sell participant personal information.
