Arkvos provides universal Verified Presence software. Authorized organization users create defined Verification Sessions, configure evidence requirements, share live QR or verification links, and retain Proof of Presence records.
Customers are responsible for lawful use, required notices and permissions, authorized account access, and configuring evidence appropriate to their participants and use case. Arkvos does not guarantee that a record alone satisfies any legal, regulatory, employment, education, insurance, or contractual requirement.
Arkvos subscriptions are governed by the active plan selected at checkout or by the applicable order form or agreement. Current plan pricing, organizer limits, Place limits and included features shown at checkout control unless a separate written agreement applies.
Safety briefings, OSHA recordkeeping and Safety tools remain specialized Arkvos workflows inside the universal platform.
