Participants normally scan in their browser without an Arkvos account; organizations can require configured identity, GPS and photo evidence, then retain the completed session as searchable proof.
Use Briefings for a defined session such as a safety talk, meeting, training, orientation, event or checkpoint. Use permanent Logbooks when the same QR should stay posted and work every day for visitors, attendance, contractors, maintenance, facilities or recurring programs.
