From required briefing to defensible record.

Six steps, start to finish. No hardware, no worker app, no accounts for a crew that changes weekly.

1. Choose the site

Owner or supervisor. Use an existing branch or create a site for the live session. A site can carry location and geofence settings.

2. Start the live briefing

Supervisor. From Briefings, choose the site and the briefing topic. Starting the session opens the live QR check-in view.

3. Worker scans — no app, no account

The worker opens the QR link in their browser and enters their name. Employee ID and subcontractor company are optional fields.

4. Capture the live photo

Arkvos captures a photo during the check-in flow, rather than asking the supervisor to type attendance after the fact.

5. Verify location

The browser requests GPS. When strict geofencing is enabled, an outside-location attempt is rejected instead of becoming a valid attendance record.

6. Keep the briefing-specific record

The accepted check-in is tied to that specific briefing. It appears in the live roster and remains available in Check-in Records for search and export.
