If your projects run in Procore, safety documentation that lives somewhere else creates a reconciliation problem at exactly the wrong moment. Arkvos pushes verified attendance into the connected Procore project so the record sits with the rest of the project file.
Per-worker attendance for each briefing, including the live photo reference, GPS coordinates, sealed timestamp, briefing topic, and the company each worker is associated with — so subcontractor personnel are attributed correctly rather than lumped in with your direct crew.
Procore's toolbox talk documentation is signature-based. A signature records that a name was entered. Arkvos adds evidence of physical presence beneath it: a live photo taken at check-in and GPS coordinates confirming the worker was inside the jobsite geofence, sealed with a SHA-256 hash so later modification is detectable.
Being precise about a real limitation: Arkvos links one Procore project per organization at a time. Per-jobsite mapping across multiple simultaneous Procore projects is not yet built. If you need attendance flowing into several Procore projects at once, that constraint matters and you should know it before you buy.
Connect through Procore's OAuth flow from the Arkvos integrations screen and select the project. No developer involvement and no middleware.
Yes. Verified attendance records push into a connected Procore project, including the briefing topic, timestamp, GPS coordinates, and the company each worker belongs to.
Not simultaneously. Arkvos links one Procore project per organization at a time. Per-jobsite mapping across concurrent projects is not currently supported.
Procore's records are signature-based, which establishes that a name was entered rather than that a person was present. Arkvos adds a live photo, GPS confirmation inside the geofence, and a tamper-evident seal — then pushes that into Procore.
Yes. Each check-in captures the worker's company name, so subcontractor attendance is attributed to their employer rather than to the general contractor.
Arkvos offers a free OSHA citation response generator. Upload the citation and get a formal response letter, a corrective action plan with dates, and a checklist of evidence to attach. Employers have 15 working days from receipt of a citation to contest it. Open the free citation responder.
