Put the Service History on the Property

Arkvos Notes QR creates a permanent operational record wherever the physical work happens. Scan the QR to read prior notes, complete the current checklist and append another timestamped entry that remains searchable in the organization dashboard.

Property-level Notes QR

Attach one QR to a unit, room, mechanical area, vehicle, supply room or other physical location where a recurring operational history is useful.

Previous notes at the point of work

Scanners can review prior notes tied to that Notes QR before leaving a new operational note, improving handoffs between cleaners, technicians, inspectors and managers.

Optional Places and location proof

A Notes QR does not need a saved Place just to exist. Assign a Place when you want organizational grouping or when the workflow requires configured location proof.

Search and export later

Authorized managers can review the saved proof records in Arkvos History, including the record time, workflow, notes and configured evidence.

Frequently asked questions

Does every Notes QR require a Place?

No. Notes QR can be created without a Place. A Place is optional unless the workflow needs location proof or the organization wants to group the record under a site.

Can the same QR be reused?

Yes. Notes QR and Logbooks are permanent QR workflows. Each scan adds another record rather than replacing the previous one.

Can this be used outside hospitality?

Yes. The same model works for offices, schools, shops, facilities, warehouses, equipment, vehicles and other real-world operations where a durable QR history is useful.

Factual anchors and primary sources

Arkvos separates product capabilities from regulatory requirements. For federal OSHA requirements, the primary authority is OSHA's current regulations and guidance. California construction employers should also review the applicable Cal/OSHA Title 8 requirements.

OSHA 29 CFR 1904.33 requires the OSHA 300 Log, annual summary, OSHA 301 Incident Report forms, and privacy case list if one exists to be retained for five years after the end of the calendar year they cover. Cal/OSHA Title 8 §1509(e) requires construction supervisors to conduct toolbox or tailgate safety meetings, or equivalent, with crews at least every 10 working days. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and work activity, so employers should verify the rule that applies to their facts.
