Documentation That Holds Up Five Years From Now

OSHA records must be retained for at least 5 years (29 CFR 1904.33). Paper sheets fade, get lost, or get filled in after the fact. ARKVOS stores every briefing event with photo, GPS, and SHA-256 hash — searchable, exportable, and tamper-evident.

Photo + GPS + Timestamp

Every briefing acknowledgement is stamped with a worker selfie, latitude/longitude, server timestamp, and a SHA-256 hash of the underlying event payload.

5+ Year Retention

Records are retained for 5+ years by default to satisfy 29 CFR 1904.33. Extended retention available for HIPAA-covered entities and DOT carriers.

Searchable Audit Vault

Find any briefing event by worker, branch, date, topic, or hash. Filter, export, share.

Tamper-Evident Hashing

Every event hash is recoverable from the underlying data. If any field changes, the hash changes — making after-the-fact edits impossible to hide.

Frequently asked questions

Can we use Arkvos records in an OSHA investigation?

Yes. ARKVOS records meet the documentation requirements of 29 CFR 1904 and the proof-of-training requirements embedded in 1910 and 1926 subparts. The cryptographic hash provides chain-of-custody evidence.

What about HIPAA-required training documentation?

ARKVOS supports HIPAA training attestation under 45 CFR 164.530(b). Records are scoped per-organization and encrypted at rest.

What if we get acquired or shut down?

All records are exportable as CSV and PDF at any time. ARKVOS provides bulk export on request for organizations winding down.

Already holding an OSHA citation?

Arkvos offers a free OSHA citation response generator. Upload the citation and get a formal response letter, a corrective action plan with dates, and a checklist of evidence to attach. Employers have 15 working days from receipt of a citation to contest it. Open the free citation responder.
