Verify Every Worker. Every Shift. Every Site.

Buddy-punching and ghost workers cost American employers billions a year. ARKVOS uses live selfie verification, GPS geofencing, and SHA-256 hashing to make every check-in tamper-evident.

Selfie + Liveness Check

Workers snap a selfie at check-in. ARKVOS-1 compares it against the enrolled face and flags spoofing attempts.

GPS Geofencing per Branch

Set a radius per jobsite. Check-ins outside the geofence are flagged. Branch supervisors see all check-ins on a live dashboard with selfie thumbnails.

Tamper-Evident Hashing

Every check-in event is hashed with SHA-256. The hash is recoverable from the original data — and changes if any field is altered. Admissible in DOL, OSHA, and DOT proceedings.

Works on Any Phone

Browser-based. No app to install. Compatible with iOS Safari, Android Chrome, and desktop browsers. Workers scan a QR code, take a selfie, done.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to worker selfies after check-in?

Selfies are encrypted at rest, scoped to your organization, and automatically purged after 90 days. ARKVOS-1 never sends selfies to its AI backend — PII filters are enforced at the API boundary.

Can workers spoof the GPS?

ARKVOS uses device-reported GPS with timestamp anomaly detection. Branches with suspicious patterns are flagged on the admin dashboard.

Is the SHA-256 audit trail accepted in court?

Cryptographic hashes are routinely accepted as evidence of data integrity under FRE 901(b)(9) and parallel standards in Canadian provinces.

Already holding an OSHA citation?

Arkvos offers a free OSHA citation response generator. Upload the citation and get a formal response letter, a corrective action plan with dates, and a checklist of evidence to attach. Employers have 15 working days from receipt of a citation to contest it. Open the free citation responder.
