Proof of Presence for the Real World

Arkvos turns real-world attendance into evidence. Create a session for a meeting, field trip, service visit, training, event, jobsite or custom purpose; share one QR; and see verified people appear live.

One verification engine

Use the same Arkvos engine for work, education, field operations, events, community groups and custom workflows while changing the terminology and proof requirements to fit the situation.

Evidence you control

Choose whether location, an identifier, organization, or photo evidence is off, optional or required. Arkvos records only the evidence selected for that event.

Live accountability

Authorized organizers can see active sessions and verification activity while the event is happening instead of reconstructing a paper sign-in later.

Durable proof records

Each verification connects the person, place, time, purpose and verification method in a record that can be reviewed and exported.

Frequently asked questions

What is Proof of Presence?

Proof of Presence is evidence that a specific person was present for a defined real-world purpose at a particular time and, when required, place.

Do participants need an Arkvos account?

No for the standard QR verification flow. Participants can scan the session QR in their browser, identify themselves and complete only the proof requested by the organizer.

Is Arkvos only for workplace safety?

No. Safety remains a dedicated Arkvos workflow, while the same verification engine can also be used for education, events, training, field service, meetings, government programs, volunteers and other presence workflows.
